Yoga has been a lifelong passion of mine, and it has greatly influenced my approach to holistic healing. My yoga practice began in 2014 with Stephanie Manor and Natalie Guy-Hazard, and I later trained with Leah Slagenwhite, Linnie Briley, and Reyna Trevino. In 2017, I completed the YogaFit Foundations course and began integrating yoga into my massage sessions as "homework" for clients. In the same year, I began teaching yoga for Intelligent Exercise Jackson and Coterie Jackson, where I honed my skills in adapting classes to individual needs
I am continually expanding my knowledge and am excited to share the wisdom I've gained with my clients. Whether through massage, yoga, Pilates, or a combination of these practices, I am here to support you on your journey to greater health and well-being.
