Meditation can be practiced in short sessions for stress reduction in the evenings, or even setting your intentions for the day when you first wake up. It can be done in longer sessions for in depth self-reflection, physical or emotional healing and understanding. Meditation can also be utilized as an imagery escape into uncharted regions of the imagination.
Meditation is a safe judgment free practice. And is great for any age or stage you are in your life, offering rich benefits for the mind, body, and soul.
