Humans Get Worms Too!

Pinworms, tapeworms, and Hookworms oh my!   You may be shocked to learn that you are probably the host of a parasitic worm party in your body at this moment.  Pinworms are most common in children. The eggs of pinworms are so tiny you are only able to see them with a microscope.  This makes it easy for humans to pick up the eggs without even knowing.  They enter the body through the digestive system and hatch in the small intestine. After a few weeks, the pinworms have reached adulthood and move down feather into the large intestine, as they reach the rectum the females will lay their eggs. Tapeworms are parasitic worms that have a body made out of sections, these sections can break off of the worm and turn into more worms, most commonly they are found in the stomachs of cows, pigs, and fish. When humans ingest raw and uncooked meat from these animals it allows the tape worm’s egg to freely enter into the human’s body.  When the egg hatches it attaches to the human’s large Intestine with its hook-shaped head. In about two months, the tapeworm will grow into an adult tapeworm with a multi-section body. These sections can travel to different parts of the body. These a section called proglottids continue eggs.   The proglottids will break off of the adult tapeworm and exit the host human, ready for a new host. at the same time, the original host is left with a now adult tapeworm that feeds off food that the human is digesting.  Symptoms of a tapeworm may take, months, or years to percent.  Unlike pinworms and tapeworms, hookworms enter the human body as warm larvae. They live in soil that has been mixed with fecal matter.  They enter the human body through the skin making their way into the bloodstream. They move into the air space of the lungs, at this point they are coughed up and swallowed and can now enter the digestive system, this is where they live for a year growing into adults and then leaving the body through the feces ready to meet their next host.

Most likely people do not want to host a parasitic worm party in their gut. So let's talk about how to evict these unwelcome guests.  Here are some natural methods of getting rid of worms, start eating carrots.   Carrots have a high fiber content and can be processed through the digestive tract quacking, and scraping the intestines as they move through them.  Carrots are also an anti-infomediary. So can cause relief from the damage caused by worms. Garlic does more than keep away vampires.  Eating garlic on an empty stomach helps to destroy the pirate worms living in your gut, and their larva and feed the healthy bacteria that live in your gut. Turmeric is great for the skin, joints, and respiratory tract, and for getting rid of worms.  To use Turmeric squeeze 1 teaspoon of turmeric juice / or turmeric powder add a pinch of salt to your water and drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for 2-5 days.

I think that we can all agree that we don’t want worms to begin with.  The best way to prevent a parasitic infection is to wash your hands regularly, especially after handling uncooked food, and before eating.  When cooking meat, make sure that the internal temperature of the meat is cooked to what is recommended, for meat and eggs is 160 degrees, for poultry and fowl to 165 degrees, and for fresh meat steaks, roast, and chops to 145 degrees.  Play it safe with water, don’t be careful not to shallow lake. water, and boil water when traveling.  Wear Shoes to create a barrier between the soil and your feet.  Even though parasitic worms are commanded, you can lower your risk, if you ever pick them up in your journeys. My hope is you have gained some knowledge on how to get rid of them.
