    Massage Therapist Lead

Rachel Tice has dedicated her life to exploring the intricate connections between the body, mind, and spirit. As a Myomassologist, Yoga Instructor, and trained Curandera, she blends medical-based education with traditional and intuitive healing practices to provide deeply transformative experiences for her clients. Her extensive training in Kinesiology, Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathology allows her to approach the body with precision and understanding, while her curandera practice brings a sacred, energy-based perspective to every session.

Rachel’s approach is highly individualized, tailoring each session to the client’s unique lifestyle, medical history, and wellness goals. She works to restore balance, increase range of motion, reduce stress, and support self-healing through a broad spectrum of modalities, including:

Massage Therapy: Prenatal & Labor Massage, Side-Lying Massage, Sports Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, TMJ Dysfunction Therapy

Energy & Bodywork: Reiki, Chakra & Energy Balancing, CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release

Holistic Techniques: Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, Therapeutic Stretching, Breathwork Instruction, Curanderismo

Movement Integration: Yoga, Pilates, and mindful movement exercises incorporated as part of the healing process

Her journey in yoga began in 2014 under the guidance of Stephanie Manor and Natalie Guy-Hazard and continued with Leah Slagenwhite, Linnie Briley, and Reyna Trevino. In 2017, she completed the YogaFit Foundations course and began integrating yoga practices into her massage sessions, offering clients guided "homework" to support long-term wellness. She has taught at Intelligent Exercise Jackson and Coterie Jackson, honing her ability to adapt classes to individual needs and levels.

Beyond technical skill, Rachel approaches her work through the lens of holistic wellness and curanderismo, honoring the mind-body-spirit connection in every interaction. She believes in the power of intention, ritual, and energy awareness to enhance the body’s innate ability to heal. Her sessions are a fusion of science, intuition, and traditional wisdom, creating a personalized path to relaxation, restoration, and empowerment.

Rachel is continually expanding her knowledge and training, integrating new modalities and approaches to meet the evolving needs of her clients. Whether through hands-on bodywork, mindful movement, or energetic healing, she is committed to guiding each individual toward greater health, balance, and self-awareness. With her compassionate and intuitive approach, Rachel supports clients in reconnecting with their bodies, calming the mind, and nurturing the spirit—helping them not only feel better but thrive in their everyday lives.

  • Kenneth Baker III

    Quantum Healing Practitioner

Kenneth is a certified Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) practitioner who has been professionally offering sessions since 2018. While his certification provided a formal structure for his work, Kenneth’s path in healing and service began long before that. For much of his life, he has felt naturally drawn to helping others navigate emotional and energetic challenges, using intuitive awareness and energy-based practices to support balance and transformation.

Beyond Quantum Healing was developed by Candace Craw-Goldman in collaboration with the teachings of Dolores Cannon. Kenneth was part of the early practitioner group when BQH was first being introduced, participating in the initial practitioner webinars and discussions that helped shape the developing community. He has remained actively engaged within that network, continuing to expand his knowledge through collaboration, workshops, and immersion experiences.

Kenneth describes himself as a natural Energy Transmuter, meaning he works with energetic patterns and emotional states to help shift stagnant energy, support nervous system regulation, and encourage a return to balance. His work integrates modern understandings of consciousness and energy with grounded, intuitive practice. He approaches healing not as fixing what is broken, but as remembering wholeness and reconnecting with the body’s natural capacity for awareness and restoration.

His sessions draw from a blend of modalities and techniques, including intuitive energy scanning, chakra balancing, aura clearing, breathwork facilitation, somatic energy release, nervous system regulation practices, consciousness exploration, and regression facilitation. Kenneth has also studied approaches related to Pranic Healing and Quantum Touch–style energy work.

Rather than limiting his work to a single modality, Kenneth uses the term Quantum Healing to reflect a flexible, integrative approach that allows him to draw from multiple tools and perspectives. A lifelong student of healing, consciousness, and human potential, he continues to deepen his knowledge through ongoing study, workshops, practitioner collaboration, and experiential learning.

  • Hannah Chrome

Hannah Chrome 200 E-RYT, Sound Healing Practitioner

Hannah earned her 200-hour holistic yoga and sound training at Pure Nature Yoga in 2023. She later deepened her knowledge with Integrative Vibrational Therapy training through Yoga Sound Therapy, Asia’s leading sound healing institution. With a specialized focus on individual sound healing, this training shaped Hannah’s approach to intuitively guiding each session based on the client’s specific wellness goals and intentions.

As a yoga instructor, Hannah has taught a variety of asana class styles to a wide range of ages. Drawing from several years of teaching experience, she customizes and sequences classes that intentionally support each individual, regardless of injury or ability. At Sacred Transcendence, she enjoys offering Yin Yoga classes for their slow, grounding nature. Each time you arrive on the mat, space is held for you to meet yourself without judgment or expectation, using the extended holds of each posture as an opportunity to learn more about yourself and your true nature.

Introduced to yoga ten years ago as a method to overcome anxiety and depression, her practice and study of yoga and sound have since evolved into a passion for guiding others on the empowering journey of finding and reclaiming their power. Hannah holds the intention of sharing yoga and sound healing with the community as a way to come together in the cultivation of mindful awareness. Through developing this awareness with a clear and balanced mind, we discover our inner power, confidence, and the ability to find joy in even the smallest moments.
