Turmeric, cumin, and black pepper has many health benefits when ingested together, including:

Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Turmeric and black pepper both have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. When combined, they can help reduce inflammation and free radical damage. Turmeric stimulates digestion and bile flow, improving digestion. Turmeric and curcumin both reduce joint inflammation.

Black pepper may help prevent skin pigmentation, a condition that causes white patches on the skin. Turmeric and black pepper are most effective when taken together because the active ingredient in black pepper helps the body absorb curcumin from turmeric.

Garlic

Cinnamon has many potential health benefits, including lowering blood sugar levels by imitating insulin and increasing insulin sensitivity. This can help move sugar from the bloodstream into cells.  Cinnamon supports heart and gut health and has anti-inflammatory properties and antioxidants. It also helps reduce high blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels, which could help prevent heart disease. Cinnamon may have anti-inflammatory properties. One study found that cinnamon supplements reduced levels of inflammatory markers in women with rheumatoid arthritis. Cinnamon may have beneficial effects on neurological disorders, such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's diseases. And is a great pain reliever.

Cayenne pepper

Cayenne pepper can stimulate digestive enzymes, which may help with indigestion and bowel regularity. It can also help relax blood vessel muscles, which can improve blood flow and lower blood pressure. Cayenne pepper may help reduce the risk of heart disease by promoting better circulation and regulating blood flow. Some studies show that capsaicin, the compound in cayenne pepper, may have anticancer abilities. Fresh cayenne peppers are a good source of vitamins A and C, while dried cayenne powder is a good source of vitamin A. It is a great enhancer boosting the health properties found naturally in other spices.

Stir and enjoy up to 3 times a day!
